Yes. This is one of our most common engagement types. We do not place senior developers with no lead experience into lead roles.

Technical lead engagements typically run as monthly retainers — a fixed allocation of hours per week, guaranteed availability, and a dedicated account manager. The minimum engagement is one month, and most clients retain technical leads for three to twelve months depending on project stage. Time-and-materials is available for shorter, defined engagements like architecture reviews or codebase audits.
