Absolutely. Most of our clients come to us with a concept, not a spec. We run a discovery phase where we help you define the scope, features, and user flows. You focus on the business vision, we handle the technical side from day one.
It depends on scope, so we publish the rate and the hours behind it instead of one number. Design and development is $35 per hour. QA and testing and project management are $20 per hour each. Across a full team that blends to $30.50 per hour, because a project splits 70% design and development, 15% QA and 15% project management. A mobile MVP with accounts, payments, content and an admin panel is 800-1,410 hours, or $24,000-$43,000. A web SaaS with accounts, payments, an admin panel, third-party integrations and a second language is 800-1,500 hours, or $24,000-$46,000. A mobile MVP runs 9-16 weeks, a web SaaS with integrations and a second language 9-17 weeks, and a full platform across mobile and web 20-40 weeks. Our largest recent build was 3,086 hours over 31 weeks with a team of five to six, and every other estimate is measured against it. Timelines assume 18 focused hours per person per week, not 40, because meetings, review, releases and time off are already taken out. You see working builds every two weeks, not one reveal at the end.
Kultrix is a product team in Lviv, Ukraine, building web and mobile products for clients worldwide.
