Yes. One experienced Scrum Master can typically serve two teams effectively in a mature Agile environment — attending ceremonies for both and coaching both development teams. For teams new to Scrum, a dedicated 1:1 assignment is preferable until practices are embedded. We recommend the right ratio based on team maturity during the scoping call.

Yes. The Product Owner role is often a weak link in Scrum implementations — backlog management, acceptance criteria quality, and stakeholder communication all require coaching.
