Yes. We animate vector illustrations using After Effects with the Bodymovin plugin and export Lottie JSON files that can be integrated into React, iOS, and Android with the Lottie player SDK. We test all Lottie animations on target devices before delivery.

Yes. Custom icon libraries are one of our most common deliverables. We design icons that are pixel-aligned at target sizes, consistent in stroke weight, optical mass, and visual rhythm across the full set, and delivered as individual SVG files and as a Figma component library. We also provide an icon naming convention and usage guide for the development team.

Mascot design begins with a character brief - personality attributes, intended emotional tone, use contexts, and any visual constraints from the existing brand. We produce initial character sketches in multiple directions, refine the chosen direction through iterations, and finalise a master character with an expression sheet (happy, sad, thinking, celebrating, etc.) and a set of key poses for the most common use cases.

Yes. Style matching is a common request when expanding an existing illustration library or replacing an illustrator who has left a team. We analyse the existing style across multiple dimensions - colour, linework, shading, perspective, character proportions - and produce new illustrations that integrate seamlessly. We make the style attributes explicit so future illustrations are consistent even without the original illustrator.

Standard illustration projects include two revision rounds per deliverable. The first round allows significant structural changes - composition, colour direction, character proportions. The second round is for refinements - detail adjustments, colour tweaks, small composition changes. Changes that constitute a direction shift after artwork is finalised are handled as scope additions with a separate quote.

Yes. Illustrations used as functional UI elements (not purely decorative) require alternative text descriptions, sufficient colour contrast for any text or essential information embedded in the illustration, and layouts that do not rely solely on colour to convey meaning. Our illustrators flag accessibility considerations during design and provide alt text copy recommendations as part of handoff.

Yes. We produce 3D illustrations using Blender and Cinema 4D for product marketing, hero section visuals, and brand imagery that requires dimensionality and photorealistic lighting. 3D illustration projects require a longer production timeline than 2D work - typically two to three weeks for a complex hero scene. Final deliveries include layered PNG composites and, where applicable, Spline-based interactive 3D for web integration.

Illustration work is typically scoped as a fixed-price project with a defined deliverable list, revision rounds, and timeline. For ongoing illustration programmes (regular blog illustrations, expanding an illustration system), a monthly retainer with an agreed illustration volume per month is available.
