AI product onboarding must accomplish two things simultaneously: teach users what the product can do, and calibrate expectations so they are not disappointed by what it cannot do. We design progressive disclosure onboarding flows that demonstrate the product's strongest capabilities first, introduce limitations gradually and framed constructively, and guide users towards the interactions and prompting patterns that produce the best results.
