We match team timezone to your preferred overlap. Our engineer bench spans Europe (CET/EET), Ukraine (EET), and Latin America (EST/CST overlap). Most clients require at least four hours of daily overlap, which we guarantee as a contractual commitment. We do not staff teams with zero-overlap time zones unless explicitly requested.

A technical lead runs daily standups, weekly demos, and a monthly retrospective. Your account manager is the escalation point for any team-level concerns.

Yes. Dedicated team arrangements are designed to flex with your needs. You can add a mobile engineer for an app sprint or reduce to a maintenance configuration between major feature cycles. We require two weeks notice for additions and four weeks notice for reductions to manage bench availability responsibly.

We guarantee replacement. If a team member is not meeting the performance bar — measured through code quality, velocity, and communication — we replace them at no additional cost within one week. The technical lead monitors individual performance continuously, so issues are identified early before they affect your delivery.

Yes. All code written by Kultrix team members for your product is assigned to you in full under the terms of the services agreement. We do not retain any IP rights, proprietary patterns, or reuse rights over work product. The code is yours — including the git history — and you can take it anywhere at any time.

Yes. Joining an existing codebase is normal for Kultrix remote teams. The technical lead conducts an architecture and code review in the first week, documents the conventions and architectural decisions, and produces a lightweight onboarding guide for the team. Most teams are contributing meaningfully within the first two sprints.

All Kultrix engineers follow security-conscious development practices: code is committed to private repositories, secrets are managed via environment variables and vaults, all access is granted on a least-privilege basis, and offboarding removes all credentials immediately. For products with compliance requirements (SOC 2, ISO 27001), we can provide a security practices summary for your auditors.

Dedicated teams are billed on a fixed monthly fee based on the team composition — providing cost predictability for your budgeting. The fee covers all team members, the technical lead, account management, and tooling. We do not bill separately for team coordination overhead. Minimum engagement is three months.
