We begin with a brand discovery session — understanding your company's values, audience, positioning, and competitive landscape. From this, we develop brand strategy foundations (brand personality, positioning statement, visual direction territories) before any design begins. We then design three distinct visual directions, gather structured feedback, develop the chosen direction through rounds, and deliver final assets with a comprehensive brand guidelines document.

We present three distinct logo directions — each representing a different strategic and aesthetic approach. This gives you meaningful creative choice without the confusion of twenty variations. After you select a direction, we refine through two iteration rounds before finalising. The goal is a logo you are confident in, not one you are settling for.

Final logo delivery includes SVG (web and screen), AI (Adobe Illustrator source), EPS (print and embroidery), PDF (vector), and PNG at multiple resolutions. We provide light background, dark background, and single-colour (black and white) versions. A favicon set (ICO, 16px, 32px, 180px Apple touch icon, 192px and 512px PWA icons) is included as standard.

Kultrix brand guidelines cover: logo usage rules (clear space, minimum size, incorrect usage examples), primary and secondary colour systems (hex, RGB, CMYK, Pantone), typography hierarchy and usage rules, photography and imagery direction, illustration style, iconography conventions, voice and tone guidance, and application examples. They are delivered as a PDF and often as a shareable Figma file for digital teams.

Yes. Brand refresh — evolving an existing identity rather than replacing it — is a distinct discipline. Yes. Branded presentation templates (Google Slides and PowerPoint) are a standard deliverable in Kultrix brand projects. We design master slides, title slides, content layouts, data visualisation templates, and team page formats — all locked at the brand level so teams can create presentations without accidentally breaking the identity. Keynote templates are available on request.

Brand identity projects are fixed-scope with a defined deliverable list, milestone reviews, revision rounds, and a timeline agreed at kick-off. Typical projects run four to eight weeks. Ongoing brand work (collateral production, application to new channels, brand guideline updates) is available as a monthly retainer. All brand projects include a dedicated account manager and direct access to the lead brand designer throughout.
